PLAN PROFILE
Sponsors are able to view summary plan balances and review all of the provisions regarding their Plan. The Employee Census interface allows the sponsor to add or modify data relating to company employees. Data can be displayed and sorted by Name, Social Security Number and Divisions such as, branch office locations and company departments (accounting, marketing, etc.). The system can accept data via a predefined import filter as well as manually entered through the Web interface.
CONTRIBUTIONS
The EZ 401(k) Solution allows the authorized user(s) to process regular as well as “special” contributions, such as transfers from a previous employer’s 401(k) plan. Contribution payroll information can be uploaded directly into the system or users can key in data via the contribution processing grid. The system will perform automatic validation checking and report any errors or rule violations encountered in the data.
ACTIVITY
Investment Activity
The Activity panel displays a detailed list of buy/sell activity for all participants of the selected plan. Data can be filtered by date range, participant, investment name, and source. Almost any transaction type can be entered through this function.
Loans, Transfers & Distribution Activity
The Loans, Transfers and Distributions panel displays a list of pending loan, distribution, and transfer requests submitted by plan participants. Authorized plan administration user(s) can approve or deny the requests, and can also model new loans, distributions, and transfers for plan participants.
REPORTS
View and print detailed histories of a variety of administration reports, including contribution statements for participants, allocation logs, loan activity, liquidations, transfers, and distributions. All Plan Reports are instantly created as Adobe PDF documents for printing or archiving.
